Today’s workout is in honor of my favorite ultimate exercise equipment: the Barbell! After taking it easy over my fruit/veggie cleanse, I’m back on track and ready to hit my lovely barbell!

Complete 3 sets of 10 reps for each
Barbell Squat 20+lbs
Barbell Deadlift 40 lbs
Barbell Lunge 20 lbs
Push – Press 20 lbs
Bent Over Barbell Row 30 lbs
Post workout Cardio: Walk/Run for 20 minutes
Walking speed: 4 mph
Running speed: 6 -10 mph
Cool down speed: 3 mph
As always, make sure to stay hydrated and fuel your body for the day. Starving yourself will not get you anywhere.
