Someone told me today that women couldn’t possibly perform well in doing a workout for men. So of course, I thought to myself… I HAVE to do this to shut this guy up!

Here’s my workout for today as found in the Mens Fitness website

Instructions: Complete Workout A one day and Workout B the next.

WORKOUT A

1a. Squat 4×5
1b. Squat Jumps 4×5
*Rest 2-3 minutes between each set
2. Straight Leg Deadlift 3×10
*Rest 45 seconds in-between sets
3a. Walking Lunges 3×12 (Each Leg)
3b. Bar Hip Raise 3×12
*Rest 45 seconds in-between sets

WORKOUT B

1a. Deadlift (4×5)
1b. Lunge Jumps 4×5 (Each Leg)
*Rest 2-3 minutes between each set
2a. Good Mornings (3×10)
*Rest 45 seconds in-between sets
3a. Split Squats 3×12 (Each Leg)
3b. 45° Raise 3×12
*Rest 45 seconds in-between sets
