Breakfast: Avocado Egg Topper

  • 1 Slice Ezekiel Bread Low Sodium
  • Avocado
  • 1 Egg

Snack: Nuts

  • Handful unsalted raw nuts

Lunch: Chicken Salad

  • Romaine
  • Spinach
  • Chicken Breast
  •  1 Cup Sliced fruit on the side

Snack: Fruit

  • 1 Banana

Dinner: Portobello Pizzas (Get the Recipe HERE)

  • 2 Portobello Mushroom caps
  • 4 Tablespoons Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Handful fat free feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Part Skim Mozzarella/Romano mix
  • Grilled, sliced mushrooms
  • Grilled peppers
  • Spices to taste: unsalted garlic powder, cayenne pepper, italian herbs
