Happy Tuesday!


Breakfast: Nutritious Cereal

  • Kashi Sweet Potato Sunshine Cereal
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk


Snack: Nuts

  • Handful Raw unsalted Cashews


Lunch: Tuna Sandwich

  • 2 oz tuna
  • 2 slices Ezekiel (low sodium)
  • Handful Broccoli Sprouts
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped bell peppers
  • 1 Cup of sliced fruit to have on the side



Snack/Post Workout: Shake

  • Syntha-6 Protein Shake



Dinner:Β Cauliflower Pizza
