Breakfast:  Ezekiel French Toast

2 Slices Ezekiel bread

Egg soak: 2 eggs, vanilla extract, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves

Top with 1 Tablespoon of sweet agave nectar or raw honey.

Serve with your favorite sliced fruit on the side

Snack:  Sliced Strawberries tossed with walnuts

 

Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad

  • skinless, boneless chicken breast, grilled and sliced
  • Baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • finely chopped celery
  • (optional) chopped walnuts
  • (optional) green onions, thinly sliced
  • Pinch of parmesan cheese to top it off

Dinner: Rice flour Pasta

Marinara Sauce:

  •  tomato sauce
  • coarse black pepper
  • basil
  • oregano
  • garlic powder
  • cumin
  • tiny bit of olive oil
  • onion powder

Topped with a light sprinkle of part-skim mozzarella cheese and baked

It’s important to watch your portions here. Just because you couldn’t fill up your plate, doesn’t mean you should go for seconds. Think -are you really that hungry? Save those left-overs for tomorrow!
