Breakfast: Almond Butter Banana Sandwich
This may look like a kitten, but it is in fact a beast that will keep you satisfied for quite a few hours -you may not even need a snack before lunch today after having this for breakfast!
- 2 Slices Ezekiel Bread
- 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
- 3/4 Banana, Sliced
- Coffee, 1 Cup
Snack: Sliced Strawberries
Lunch: Veggie Lentil Soup
I wanted something simple and light, So Last night I checked to see what ingredients I had, and basically threw it into a stew!
- 1/2 Cup Cooked Lentils
- 1 Stock celery, sliced
- Vegetable broth
- Spices to taste
Dinner: Breakfast for Dinner!
Because, why not?
- 1 whole egg + 1 Egg white, scrabled
- 2 Corn tortillas
- 1 Slice Ezekiel bread, toasted with drizzle of raw honey.
At least 64oz throughout the day
