Breakfast: Almond Butter Banana Sandwich

This may look like a kitten, but it is in fact a beast that will keep you satisfied for quite a few hours -you may not even need a snack before lunch today after having this for breakfast!

  • 2 Slices Ezekiel Bread
  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
  • 3/4 Banana, Sliced
  • Coffee, 1 Cup


Snack: Sliced Strawberries

Lunch: Veggie Lentil Soup

I wanted something simple and light, So Last night I checked to see what ingredients I had, and basically threw it into a stew!

  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Lentils
  • 1 Stock celery, sliced
  • Vegetable broth
  • Spices to taste


Dinner: Breakfast for Dinner!

Because, why not?

  • 1 whole egg + 1 Egg white, scrabled
  • 2 Corn tortillas
  • 1 Slice Ezekiel bread, toasted with drizzle of raw honey.



At  least 64oz throughout the day
